Angelo has 40+ years of experience in the fields of accounting, tax, and legal. Senior partner at the Perno Cremonese & Associati Law Firm since 1995, Angelo also serves as Finance professor at LUISS University. He is a Chartered Accountant and Expert Accountant, with a notable role as an Auditor specializing in national and international tax issues, as well as public finance. His focus includes tax treatment of financial instruments and assists Italian and international companies in corporate activities and M&A projects. Angelo is a Member of the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors of Italian companies such as Ferrarelle and ENI Group.
