Co-founder & CEO
Ignazio is the co-founder and CEO of HAT SGR. He has 20+ years of experience in finance and advisory, named from 2020 on a yearly basis among the most influential Italian PE professionals. Ignazio is responsible for the Investment Team and he has coordinated the launch and fundraising of HAT 4. He has supported the Chairman Nino Attanasio in the development of HAT SGR, and he has been responsible for the fundraising and management of HAT 2, being directly involved in the onboarding of Fondo Italiano di Investimento. Ignazio has also followed some divestments of HAT 1 and HAT 3. Previously, he was Head of Private Equity at Vegagest SGR, Senior Investment Manager at Gemina Group’s Private Equity and Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ignazio holds and has held directorships in the Boards of Directors of several Italian SMEs.
