Internal Audit
Maddalena is Head of Internal Audit. She started her career in the Financial Service Industry at Deloitte & Touche where, as manager, she gained significant experience in auditing financial statements and consulting projects for financial companies. She has also reached significant experience as Chief Financial Officer in the Private Equity industry at Cape Natixis SGR and at Meridie, the first company listed on the MTA managed by Borsa Italiana. Maddalena achieved the Degree in Management at the University of Pavia and since 2005 is registered as a chartered auditor.
