Huma Therapeutics Limited (“Huma”), a global leader in the digital health sector, announced today that it has acquired Alcedis GmbH (“Alcedis”), a market leader in data-driven clinical research and technology. Through the acquisition, Huma will form an Advanced Clinical Studies division that offers digital solutions across the entire development pipeline, from early-phase to phase IV of hybrid and fully decentralized studies.
