Orizzonte invests €7.5 million in Lutech

Orizzonte SGR, through the ICT fund, has subscribed to a €7.5 million capital increase of Lutech spa, thereby acquiring a significant minority stake in the engineering company of the Laserline group, which designs, implements, and manages innovative IT solutions. Lutech closed 2013 with consolidated revenues of €84 million and an EBITDA of approximately €6.5 million and will use the new resources to finance the growth plan and an acquisition campaign of companies.
