Style Capital together with Hat SGR enters Luisaviaroma: IPO goal on Wall Street

The shareholding restructuring of the Luisaviaroma group, a global leader in the Digital Fashion & Luxury sector, has been completed. An agreement has been signed for the entry of the financial group Style Capital into the company, alongside HAT SGR fund and other investors.
