Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and HAT invest in Marval

First investment for the Innovation and Development fund. The vehicle managed by Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, led by Carlo Mammola, has acquired 69.5% of Marval, a company based in Castellamonte, in the Turin area, and active in the sector of precision mechanical processing for engines. Alongside them is HAT, an asset management company of the HAT Group chaired by Nino Attanasio and led by Ignazio Castiglioni, which, through the private equity fund HAT Technology & Innovation, has invested €10 million.
