Hat ICT Fund is the third reserved AIF launched by HAT SGR, entirely focused on technology.
HAT was the first management company in Italy to promote a private equity fund with an investment policy entirely focused on the ICT sector, which made it possible to seize opportunities in advance in a rapidly changing digital market.
Investment policy
The Fund’s investment strategy focuses on small and medium-sized Italian companies, operating in different areas of the ICT sector, able to support the digitalization of their clients’ core processes (private companies and public bodies).
With a “buy and build” logic, the Fund invests in companies with the purpose of creating platforms useful for the aggregation of other companies, favoring an industrial approach that has a medium-term investment horizon, preparatory to the acceleration of the business and the strengthening of companies’ competitiveness.
