Hat resells its stake in Lutech to the founder.

Enrico Magni, majority shareholder in Lutech, a leader in the Italian market for consulting, system integration, and outsourcing services, repurchases the 19% stake in the company held by Hat Orizzonte SGR. The operation, announced yesterday, will be conducted through Laserline, the company through which Magni controls Lutech.
