Francesco is the founding partner of Comply Consulting, and he serves HAT SGR as Compliance Officer, with more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Since the end of 2015 Francesco has contributed to the establishment of Comply Consulting and currently holds various positions of responsibility for the Compliance, Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, and Internal Audit functions within leading SGRs of Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital and Real Estate, as well as within other financial intermediaries. He started his career in 2001 at KPMG, then from 2004 to 2012 he held the role of Senior Internal Auditor within important financial banking and asset management companies, such as Azimut SGR and Societe Generale Securities Services. From 2012 to 2015 Francesco was Head of Compliance Monitoring and Testing Italy for Barclays Bank Plc Milan.
