HAT opens a London office to enlarge its client base and to continue the developing the relationships with large European PE Funds.

HAT Technology Fund 5 is the fifth Italian alternative investment fund (AIF) managed by HAT, targeting €200 million in capital commitments from investors. The Fund is a continuation of the successful investment strategy of previous funds applied by HAT since its inception in 2007.

With the investment made in Safety21 with HAT 2, HAT is awarded the Premio Claudio Dematté Private Equity of the Year®.

HAT is named best Private Equity Manager in Italy at Finance Community Award.

HAT Technology Fund 4 invested in Huma, backed also by Hitachi, AstraZeneca, Bayer. Huma is a UK Company in the Digital Health sector, empowered by IA.

With the investment made in SIA with HAT 3, HAT receives a Special Mention at the Premio Claudio Dematté Private Equity of the Year®.

HAT implements a Social & Responsible Finance Policy and becomes PRI signatory.

2017
Launch of the fourth fund, HAT Technology Fund 4, that will raise a total of 110 Million Euro to invest in Italian Technology Company.

HAT successfully completes the IPO at AIM Italy of Wiit, a Cloud Computing company of HAT 3 portfolio.
With the investment made in Wiit with HAT 3, HAT is awarded the Premio Claudio Dematté Private Equity of the Year®. HAT was nominated to win the award with three different investments: Wiit, GPI and Lutech.

2016
HAT acquires Orizzonte SGR and renames it in HAT SGR fully integrating all activities.
HAT completes the business combination with a SPAC of the portfolio company GPI, followed by the listing at AIM Italy.
With the investment made in Assist with HAT 2, HAT is nominated for the Premio Claudio Dematté Private Equity of the Year®.

Launch of the third fund, HAT ICT Fund 3, that will raise a total of 50 Million Euro to invest in Italian Technology Company.

Launch of the third fund, HAT FSI Fund, that will raise externally 30 Million Euro of which 12 Million Euro to invest in Italian Technology Company
Launch of the second fund, HAT SICAF Fund 2, that will raise 42 Million Euro of which 17 Million Euro to invest in Italian Technology Company.
