Independent Board Member
Emanuela is a Managing Director of Helm Capital SpA, an investment and advisory firm, where she oversees the performance of the companies in the portfolio. She is also an Independent Board member at Ersel SpA, a leading Italian wealth manager. Previously she was Head of Italian Asset Management at Equitix Ltd, a UK mid-market infrastructure fund with over 12bn euro under management. Between 2003 and 2019, Emanuela held a number of roles a Transport for London, including being Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy and Director of TfL Trustee Company limited, the entity overseeing the activities of the over 10bn euro TfL Pension Fund. She held other banking roles in London with Merrill Lynch, WestLB and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Emanuela holds a university degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, a Master in Management from the Community of European Management Schools and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.
