Simone is a Partner of Comply Consulting, and he serves HAT SGR as Compliance Officer, with more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector. After an experience in the Italian Stock Exchange he joined Comply in 2016 and currently holds various positions of responsibility for the Compliance, Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, and Internal Audit functions within leading SGRs of Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital and Real Estate, as well as within other financial intermediaries. Simone graduated in 2012 from the “Università degli Studi di Messina”, earned a master in Finance from the “Catholic University of the Sacred Heart” in Milan and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
