Board Member
Marco is a director of HAT SGR and a member of the Executive Committee since 2017. He is also Chairman of Long Term Partners since 2012. Marco has a consolidated experience in digital transformation, private equity, and strategic-business due diligence. Previously he held the position of Senior Partner at Bain & Company (from 1989 to 2012) and the role of Board Member of Bain & Co Worldwide (from 1997 to 2000). He has also been Partner at McKinsey & Co. Marco achieved the Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering at Politecnico di Milano and the MBA at Insead Business School.
