Professionally, she specializes in the field of business valuation, equity interests, and intangible assets (such as trademarks, patents, etc.), as well as in conducting impairment tests. She routinely operates in the corporate consulting field, particularly in the context of extraordinary operations and corporate restructuring and reorganization, as well as in preparing reports and business valuation opinions. She is a member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of several companies.
