Orizzonte Sgr invests in Gpi

Orizzonte Sgr, through the ICT fund launched in 2010 with a capital raised of €50 million, has subscribed a minority stake in the share capital of GPI, a company based in Trentino specialized in information technology solutions and services for the healthcare sector. The total investment of the fund is €7.5 million, and the operation is twofold: in addition to the acquisition of the stake, a bond loan subscription has also been decided.
